So there is definitely room for improvement but lets go through some stuff.

1. What head method are you using if any
2. Are you drawing a calender female.
3.the side lines are those part of the skull. If sl the proportions are off.

. If I can make a suggesting I would try to use the Loomis method for head construction as its quite simple to learn. Once you get that you can learn other things like proportions. Another method you could use is the cube method I personally dont use this. But it is a greatbwaybtobshow the diffrent planes of the face.

I'm not using any head construction method at the moment. I mostly drew this by eye.
It's supposed to be a male face, although I can see why it might not read that way yet.
The side lines were meant to be part of the head or skull shape

The biggest issue then is thr skull shape dosent line up with your features yiu added the eyes should be where the mouth is. And the eyes and eyebrows is at the hair line
